With over 20 years experience in the aviation industry, we specialize in structures/composite repairs and modifications primarily on rotary wing aircraft.

Continually looking for ways to innovate has led us down the path of 3D printing, we can easily generate cost effective templates to save time and increase accuracy when installing avionics upgrades and other modifications.

This has also opened up a wide range of products we can make for other industries, once you learn how to design 3D models you start to come up with solutions you didn’t think possible. Buying a new car and getting sick of my drinks banging around in the coolbox has led to our most popular 3D printed product.

We have also gone down the path of 3D scanning. This has given us a way to take fairly complex shapes and critical fastener hole locations and turn them into a sketch capable being CNC machined.
